This Privacy Policy of Inside Out Nutrition Limited (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) describes our policy for treatment of personal information (as defined below) located at https://www.insideoutnutrition.co.nz and the Company mobile application (individually and collectively, the “Site”). This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site, and it applies to the Site regardless of the platform on which it is used.

“You” in this Privacy Policy means you personally. Additionally, this Privacy Policy does not apply to Company’s practices for collecting and using personal information offline or from sites, software, or applications other than the Site (even if that information is identical to the information gathered on the Site).

Children: The Site is not directed to children younger than thirteen (13) years of age. It is directed to persons over the age of eighteen and capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may use the Site with permission from a parent or guardian. Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13).

Does the Site use cookies?

You may, at any time, request access to the personal information, which we hold about you by sending an email to info@insideoutnutrition.co.nz. We will respond to such request within a reasonable time of it being received by us, without any charge to you. We will take such steps as are reasonable to correct information to ensure that it is accurate, up to date, complete, relevant and not misleading.

Payment information
All prices stated on the current website are denominated and charged in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Prices do not include shipping, which is charged according to delivery location. If an international bank is used for your purchase, your bank may charge you a fee to transact in NZD, please refer to your bank terms and conditions for more information.

Making a Complaint
If you wish to make a complaint, you can contact us by email at info@insideoutnutrition.co.nz. We will take such steps as are reasonable to investigate complaints, within a reasonable time of such complaint being received by us. We will give you a written notice of the investigations, which have been carried out, and the outcome of your complaint.
