Pork and Cheese Patties Recipe

This pork and cheese patties recipe is quick and easy to make AND they taste delicious! Full of cheese and egg, they will keep you satiated and satisfied long after eating them!

Ingredients

500gm pork mince
1/2 cup cream cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup grated cheese (I like Colby)
1/3 cup almond meal
1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 180C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

2. Cook the pork mince, drain, then set aside to cool slightly.

3. Once the mince has cooled, add it to a mixing bowl and combine it with the cream cheese until well mixed.

4. Stir in grated cheese, beaten eggs, almond meal and baking powder. It is important to make sure the mince is not too hot otherwise it will cook the egg.

5. Spoon patties onto the baking tray and bake for 15 minutes or until golden.

6. Serve and enjoy! They go well with salad, veggies or make a great bunless burger patty.

PS. You can also add spring onions, grated carrot or zucchini for additional flavour and nutrients. Yum!
