Nature's Flu Drink Recipe

This Nature’s Flu Drink recipe is the best way to start your day with a warm and immunity boosting hot lemon drink 👊🏻

Ingredients

Juice of 3-4 lemons
1-2 cloves of garlic, peeled and cut roughly
Small chunk of ginger, peeled and cut roughly
3 tsp of raw honey
½ tsp of turmeric powder
Sprinkle of cayenne pepper

Instructions

Add all the ingredients into a 1 litre glass bottle and fill to the top with boiling water. Shake until honey has mixed in and leave to cool before storing in the fridge.

I like to add half mixture, half boiling water to a mug and drink every morning.
