This chia pudding recipe is a quick, easy and versatile real food option for breakfast, lunch or dessert 👌🏻
Ingredients
2 Tbls chia seeds
1/2 cup yoghurt
1/4 cup mixed berries
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Please note: You can use 1/2 cup of any liquid you like such as coconut cream, full fat milk, cream, almond milk or water. You can also add any type of fruit such as mashed banana (see photo) or grated apple.
Serves 1
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and let it sit for 20 minutes or overnight until the chia seeds absorb the liquid and swell up. Top with granola or fresh fruit.
