Beef Mince Recipe

This beef mince recipe is full of flavour, colour and nutrients. It’s delicious on it’s own or can be used to make any mince dish you love such as veggie noodles bolognese or lasagna.


1 Tbls coconut oil
1 onion, peeled and diced
500gm beef mince
3 Tbls tomato paste
Sprinkle of garlic powder, dried basil, parsley, oregano, smoked paprika, kelp flakes, and a dash of salt and pepper
2 Tbls sweet chilli sauce (my secret ingredient)
1 grated carrot
1 grated zucchini
2 handfuls of baby spinach


Serves 4

1. Melt coconut oil in large frying pan and sauté diced onion.

2. Add beef mince, stir and cook until brown.

3. Add tomato paste, herbs, spices and sweet chilli sauce and mix in.

4. Stir in grated carrot and zucchini. Once soft, add spinach and mix through.

5. Enjoy mince as is or use in other dishes.
